SG 4D TOTO Results is developed and provided as an independent application for viewing Singapore 4D, TOTO, and Big Sweep information. We are not affiliated with, operated by, sponsored by, or officially authorised by Singapore Pools or any other lottery operator.
2. Information We Display
The app displays publicly available information such as:
- 4D, TOTO, and Big Sweep draw dates and draw numbers
- Winning numbers and prize information
- Upcoming draw dates and estimated jackpot information
- Historical draw results
Results may be retrieved through our results service and links to official-source pages. The app is provided for convenience. Always verify important information against the relevant official website.
3. Information We Collect or Receive
Information stored locally
The app stores some settings and content on your device, including:
- Your selected language and theme preference
- Your notification preference
- Numbers you choose to save
- Other settings needed to operate the app
Saved numbers are used to show your saved list and support result-matching alerts. They are not used to place bets or purchase tickets.
Notification registration information
If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging may provide a device registration token. We use this token to deliver notifications about newly available results or matches for saved numbers. The token identifies an app installation for notification delivery; it is not used by us to identify you by name.
Support requests
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, device details, and the contents of your request. We use this information only to respond to you and resolve support issues.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information described above only as needed to:
- Provide and maintain the app
- Display lottery results and historical information
- Save your preferences and saved numbers
- Send notifications when you have enabled them
- Support result-matching alerts for saved numbers
- Improve app reliability, security, and performance
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services to provide optional features:
- Google Mobile Ads: may process device, advertising, and usage information to provide and measure advertisements, subject to Google's policies and your device or advertising settings.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: supports notification delivery when notifications are enabled.
- Apple or Google platform services: may provide app distribution, notification, sharing, and other platform functions.

6. Sharing and External Links
When you use the share feature, the information you select is passed to the sharing application you choose. When you open an official lottery website, app-store page, email application, or other external service, that service processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
Saved numbers and preferences remain on your device until you remove them, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.
Notification registration information may remain with the notification provider while it is needed for delivery, until it expires, or until it is removed. You can disable notifications in the app settings. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local data and notification registration, subject to the platform and provider's normal processing.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain support records, and address follow-up issues.

- Remove saved numbers from the Saved section
- Change language and theme preferences
- Choose whether to use sharing and external links
- Manage advertising preferences through your device or Google account settings
- Clear the app's data or uninstall the app
9. Children's Privacy
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled by the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party providers used by the app may process information on servers located outside Singapore. Those providers are responsible for applying their own safeguards and privacy practices to information they process.
